The Real Winners?

Christian conservatives … lost fights against same-sex marriage in all four states where it was on the ballot, and saw anti-abortion-rights Senate candidates defeated and two states vote to legalize marijuana for recreational use.

and quotes R. Albert Mohler Jr., president of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary as saying:

  1. I was so surprised (and pleased) about the legalization of same-sex marriage and marijuana in those few states! Before this election I thought it would take a vast amount of time for the US to make any progress on these fronts-especially on the marijuana topic.

It certainly does seem like our four horsemen here have done a great job, and deserve some of the credit for swaying the public mind.

    Rest in peace, Hitch.
